Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The package arrived after only 8 days. The original box was in a bubble wrap and there was no damage at all. The box contains a speaker, manual, audio cable and usb cable for charging, both yellow. The speaker was precharged and i was actually supprised how well it is made. The sound is even more supprising. Hard to imagine such a sound could comenout from such a small tging. Not just loud, but pleasant sound. At his max level there is some distrortion but that level is very very loud, the sound is clear at just one level down which is still loud enough. Im not wrong to say this speaker, overall, is to be compared with a much more expensive ones. Connection is easily made and there is no problems there at all. There is also a nice feeling to the buttons on the top.

Chose delivery in ukraine, ordered 7.03, 11.03 courier meestexpress brought home. The store wrote immediately after the order to clarify the address and immediately after sending with the parcel number. Packed very well, excellent and quality box, you can safely order for a gift! All whole, the box is not crumpled. The column easily connected to the phone and media player. The sound is very satisfied. In the set, the cord, usb and "audio cable" to connect through the headphone jack, not bluetooth. I use some time and add a tip.
