Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Sound quality satisfactory for the price. Small box and without "subwoofer", but apparently there is the model plus, that should introduce improvements.
The goods looks more than in fact on the photo, see the sizes when ordering, in fact, sounds good, in general, I'm happy with the purchase, I recommend.

The column is excellent. Shrombone at height for such a column and such a price. I can not say about the charge. And so everything is super. Delivery less than 10 days from Russia.
It has some background whitenoise when I connect it to the PC, not too loud though. In general the speaker is nice, it is very lound with good basses.

Column quality. Nothing luftitis does not creak. The buttons are pressed. During transportation, the box did not crumple, you can at least just as a gift :). Loud if you are near her. Plays quite qualitatively. There are even attempts to play bass.
