Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Shipping 3 weeks, packing the gun and plastic cover, included cable, joystick and instruction in chinese and english. Asphalt 8 and bb racing connected easily, give tips which push buttons, the size is compact for children but also in the adult hand lies comfortably. 12.37 $ price is good.

The order came quickly in 10 days in mo, the packaging as such was not, but gamepad came whole and even charged. Tested on the game asphalt, the nes emulator, everything works without complaints. Excellent gamepad. Very satisfied. In fpse emulators, myboy, md. emu determined automatically, it was not necessary to configure anything, all buttons are zabinden. Gta 3 also automatically identified everything. So for your money just top.

Excellent gamepad. The dead areas are very small. Plastic is pleasant. There are only two minuses 1) noisy buttons 2) this is its size, small but you can get used to it. I recommend the purchase of the store as well as the product itself). Test on both the phone (android) and pc everywhere works. and yes in pubg mobile does not work more than one. Wireless gamepad, for their banyat!!! So if you want to buy for pubg then do not take, and then leave a bad feedback to the seller and it is not his fault! And to blame the slaves... In general, the gamepad is fire. Buttons press i well. But what i did not like is that the plastic is cheap and the l2 and r2 buttons are too flimsy!
